Returns
Cruise Coffin accepts returns postmarked within 14 days of your arrival date.
Just email info@cruisecoffin.com letting us know what items you would like to return. We'll provide you with a Return Authorization Number(RA#) and give you instructions for returning your item(s). Once we receive your package we will issue you a refund. Please note you must get the return authorization for us to process any returns. The RA# must be labeled on the outside of your package. We need this to process your return.
Make sure you certify or get tracking confirmation on your package when sending back any items. Cruise Coffin is not responsible for lost, damaged or undelivered packages.
All merchandise must be in original condition with original tags attached, not worn, used, soiled, etc. We do not accept nor tolerate fraudulent returns and exchanges.
Upon arrival of your returned item(s) you will be issued your store credit code via e-mail. After 14 days all items are final sale and will not be accepted for return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that if you refuse a package, shipping charges and costs will not be credited back to your account.
