Refund policy

Cruise Coffin gladly accepts returns postmarked within 14 days of your arrival date. Simply follow the instructions below.

Please email info@cruisecoffin.com letting us know what items you would like to return. We will provide you with a Return Label and give you instructions for returning your item(s). Once we receive your package we will issue your refund minus shipping costs incurred.

All merchandise must be in original condition with original tags attached, not worn, used, soiled, etc. We do not accept nor tolerate fraudulent returns and exchanges.

Upon arrival of your returned item(s) you will be issued your refund and notified via e-mail.  After 14 days all items are final sale and will not be accepted for return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that if you refuse a package, shipping charges and costs will not be credited back to your account.
